Anyhow, I thought this would be fun, and a heck of a lot easier than trying to do that 101 Things About Me...

17. Have you ever been Ice Skating? Yes, when I was about 5, and I couldn't do it. And I've hated my weak-ass ankles ever since.

19. When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried? Last night out in the pasture (parking lot) after the Kenny Chesney concert.

No, I'm not dreaming. I'll be in Seattle Tuesday through Friday for a company meeting. I don't really like to travel (for work), but I suppose it will be a nice break. I planned on slacking off work today to spend some fun time with the kiddos before my trip, but instead slacked off work to take Ryan to the doctor for his cough and a low fever, then to the medical center for a chest x-ray. Fun. His chest was clear. I think the new NP at his doctor's office was just a bit freaked out by Ryan's cough (those of you that know Ryan know what I'm talking about), so wanted to go ahead with the chest x-ray to be on the safe side.

Anyway, as you can see by my pics, we had our first trip to the Dallas Arboretum last week. Thanks Kami! (who hopefully won't have her membership and privileges to the Arboretum revoked for any guests that may have violated Garden Etiquette Section 2, Item 2... )

This blog is only 4 minutes old and someone is already giving me grief

Well, okay, I might post something every once in a while. Maybe the latest pics of my kids to keep the out of town friends and family updated. We'll see. I have fun reading my friends blogs, but don't like the idea of my life being an open book. (And if it was, it certainly wouldn't be a best-seller. Probably wouldn't be published)
